Headgate Developments Inc. and its various partner companies have over the years completed development projects in all parts of the City of Toronto, as well as in most of the municipalities in the GTA.

The projects have ranged from quite substantial developments to smaller infill sites, mostly within the City.

Our current projects are mostly located east of the City. They are in varying stages of development, and we should have lots available for sale by 2014.

We currently have only one single 1 acre lot for sale in Courtice, it is land that has become surplus as our plans have changed.
