Headgate Properties Ltd owns and operates two multiple tenant buildings.

One is located near Victoria Park Avenue in Toronto. This is a one storey office building, 12,000 sq.ft in size.

The other one is a multiple industrial building located in Ajax. It is 16,000 sq.ft. consisting of 12 rental units. Most of the units are either completely finished as offices, or they have a substantial percentage of their floor space finished as offices.

The tenants in both buildings are long term, some have been with us for more than 20 years.
